Account Services

Perform routine banking transactions without ever stepping foot into a branch. Under the “Account Services” tab in Online Banking you can:
  • Deposit a check online using our e-Deposits service.  Based on your account relationship with the credit union, you may qualify to access our e-Deposits service.  e-Deposits provide a convenient way to deposit a paper check and receive immediate credit for the deposit without having to travel to a branch or ATM.  Click here to view (Frequently Asked Questions) regarding this convenient service.
  • Open new savings, club accounts, or certificates

  • Reorder your checks online

  • Apply a stop payment to a check or to a range of checks

e-Deposits

Open an Additional Savings/Club Account or Purchase a Certificate Online
Through Online Banking, under the “Account Services” tab, you open open an additional savings or club account or even  purchase a certificate online. Your new accounts are funded by transferring money from your existing credit union main savings/share or checking account.

BillPayer

It is under the “BillPayer” tab, in Online Banking where you enroll in and access this free service.* BillPayer is designed to make your life easier. Receive, schedule, and pay your bills electronically so they'll take place automatically. Our BillPayer service features include:

  • Search for vendors. Add new vendors simply by typing in the company name. If a match is found in the database, the vendor's information will be added automatically.
     
  • Set up reminders. Never make a late payment again! When you set up reminders, you'll receive a message telling you when your payment is due.
     
  • Make recurring payments. Eliminate the hassle of paying your monthly bills by setting up recurring payments.
     
  • See it all at a glance! The Payment Center lets you make payments and view pending payments, recent payments, and bill reminders all on the same screen.

log onto Online Banking. Then, click on the “BillPayer” tab and follow the instructions on the enrollment page.


*If inactive (less than three bills/items per month are paid) a charge of $5.95 applies. Monthly charges will be deducted from your checking account.

Apply for a Loan

Through Online Banking, under the “Loans” tab you can apply for a loan in a matter of minutes. A built-in Loan Calculator helps you to determine which loan term best suits your needs. You can input any variable (rate, payment amount, principal, etc.), and you'll find the missing piece of information. You'll also receive an amortization schedule that will enable you to experiment with the figures. In addition, you can check up-to-the minute loan rates online. A Loan Status button allows you to inquire on the status of your application.

e-Documents

It is under the “e-Documents” tab in Online Banking where you can:
  • View your statements online (if you have elected to receive your statements electronically instead of a paper statement by mail).  Using e-Statements gives the environment some needed help. Since we only have one planet earth, we all benefit from making eco-friendly choices. Also, by using e-Statements, you reduce your chances of becoming a victim of mail fraud, as thieves often steal information from paper bills, credit card solicitations, and financial statements pilfered from garbage cans and mailboxes.

    To sign up, log onto Online Banking. Then, click on the “Preference” tab and select the e-Statement link. Next, read the disclosure agreement and choose “Electronic” from the pull-down menu.
     
  • View images of cleared checks online with e-Checks

Preference

Control your online experience by managing your online settings. It is under the “Preference” tab in Online Banking where you can:

  • Change your password and other security settings
  • Enroll, remove, or re-enroll a computer in MFA
  • Change your email address and/or contact information
  • Choose how you receive your account statement (sign up for or cancel e-Statements)
  • Select account alerts that you would like to receive through e-Mail services
