importance of benefits to the financial security of our
employees and their families. A summary of benefits for
full-time employees follows (eligibility requirements
vary).
Medical Insurance - Choice of HMO or POS plans to choose from.
Credit Union pays the entire individual premium for all
employees for the HMO plan.
Life Insurance - provided through CUNA Mutual - no
cost to employee. Benefit is annual salary x 2.
Supplemental insurance can be purchased.
Premium Only Plan - Save money by paying group
insurance premiums with pre-tax dollars.
Vision Plan - Discounts on eye exams,
glasses and contact lenses.
Dental Plan - Choice of DMO or PPO plans.
Long-Term Disability - Paid for by the Credit Union
after one (1) year of employment. No cost to the
employee.
Education Reimbursement - 100% reimbursement for
completion of course work with a grade of "C"
or better. Eligible following 90 days of
employment.
401K Plan - Tax-deferred
savings plan. Employer and employee contributions made.
Paid Time Off (within 12-month period)
10 Holidays, 10 Vacation Days (increases with longevity),
10 Sick Days. |
