Courtesy Pay Overdraft Opt-In
We need your permission.
Federal government regulations require that we obtain your permission prior to providing overdraft service for:
- ATM transactions
- Everyday debit card transactions
Without your permission, everyday debit/ATM transactions that overdraw your account will be declined.
If you want First Florida Credit Union to authorize and pay overdrafts on your ATM and/or everyday debit card transactions, complete the Courtesy Pay Overdraft Service OPT-IN Form.*
Four Ways to Opt-In:
- Register in Online Banking under the Additional Services tab
- Download and complete the Courtesy Pay Opt-In Form and mail it to First Florida Credit Union, PO Box 43310, Jacksonville, FL 32203-3310
- Stop by a branch or schedule an appointment

*Our standard overdraft practices – $32 for each time we pay an overdraft. There is no limit on the total fees we can charge you for overdrawing your account. The amount of any overdrafts plus our Non-Sufficient Funds and/or Courtesy Pay Charge(s) is due and payable upon demand.
