Prepare for a unified digital banking experience.

As part of an ongoing pursuit to provide a unified and secure digital banking experience, we are introducing a new Online Banking and Mobile Banking App system later this summer.

The new system features a platform that unifies your experience across the desktop, tablet, and smartphone. Currently, we run different platforms for online and mobile, making for a less than perfect experience. For example, Card Controls, the service that enables members to self-manage debit and/or credit cards is currently only available through the Mobile Banking App.

After we transition to the new system, services, functionalities, and layouts will be consistent no matter what device you use. However, Fingerprint/Face ID Login and e-Deposits will continue to be exclusive to the Mobile Banking App, as these services utilize technologies available on your smartphone.

Other enhancements designed to provide a first-rate experience include:

  • Multifactor Authentication – This security process verifies your identity by delivering a six-digit verification code to you via text, phone call, or email. No more challenge questions.
  • Open Sub Shares – Provides the ability to open additional First Florida accounts.
  • Account Aggregation – Enables you to include information from accounts you have at other financial institutions.
  • Self-Service – Self-registration and a self-service forgot password link minimize disruptions.
  • Savings Goals and Budgeting Tools – Tools to help you better manage your money.
  • Transaction Search Tool – Save time by quickly finding the information you need.
  • Customizble Dashboard – Arrange the order in which your accounts are presented. Decide which accounts you want to view by hiding inactive accounts. Even personalize your dashboard with a profile picture.
  • Plus More – Real-time, Person-to-Person Payments, Stop Payments, and the ability to transfer funds to accounts at other financial institutions are some of the additional features you’ll enjoy.
