TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – First Florida Credit Union will welcome local residents to celebrate the grand opening of its new Bannerman Crossings Branch on Saturday, July 21, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 3339 Beech Ridge Court. 

The branch will host a family friendly block party event featuring a food truck, premium frozen yogurt, and photo booth, along with the chance to win a gift basket with a $1,000 value. No purchase is necessary to enter the drawing. Guests will also have the opportunity to learn more about First Florida’s products and services. 

The branch is located near the new Bannerman Crossings shopping center. The convenient location, free e-banking benefits, and personalized services will give Tallahassee residents a variety of options when managing their finances, said Ruthellen Caldwell, regional branch director of the credit union. 

“We are looking forward to serving the many families and individuals living and working near this up-and-coming area of town,” Caldwell said. “This event will allow us to introduce ourselves to the community and help them better understand why we’re different than other banks and credit unions. Every one of our members can expect personal service with unwavering dedication to meeting their financial needs.”  

The Bannerman Crossings branch is First Florida’s sixth location in Tallahassee.
