*Medallion Signature Guarantee services are only available for First Florida Credit Union members and require personal appearance of the signer, evidence of identification, and the original security. If there is more than one owner on the securities, all owners must be present. Upon review of the security, other documentation may be required, including but not limited to birth certificate, death certificate, corporate resolutions, or other documents verifying the legal right to sign.
**Notary Services are only available for First Florida Credit Union members and require personal appearance of the signer and evidence of identification. Notaries must witness the signing of the documentation. Notary services are not available for the following: Will, Living Will, Power of Attorney (any type), and Trust Agreements.
