Quick, Fun Holiday Appetizer Recipe

Holiday gatherings can get a little hectic. Keep the crowd happy and your prep time stress-free with this quick, fun appetizer. 

Mini Cheese Balls 
Total Time: Prep 30 minutes plus chilling 
Makes: 36 cheese balls

Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Toppings: Toasted sesame seeds, and minced fresh rosemary and paprika
Garnishes: Halved rye crisps or any sturdy cracker, and rolled corn tortilla chips

Directions
In a large bowl, combine cheeses. Shape into 36 balls, then roll the balls in the desired toppings. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. To serve, if desired, press a rye crisp, a sturdy cracker, or rolled corn chip into the top of each cheese ball.

And voila! Enjoy serving this fun, easy appetizer that’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
