Credit Union Named Among Florida's Top 100 Best Companies

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – First Florida Credit Union was recently named one of Florida’s Best Companies To Work For, marking the ninth year that the company has earned this distinction from Florida Trend magazine. The company ranked 15th in the mid-sized category. It’s also the only Jacksonville-based credit union recognized this year.

The Best Companies To Work For In Florida is a survey and awards program dedicated to identifying and recognizing the area’s best employers and providing organizations with valuable employee feedback. Companies that participated were evaluated on their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics.

Michelle Troha, senior vice president of marketing at First Florida Credit Union, said her company is pleased to be recognized again by Florida Trend.

The Best Companies To Work For In Florida program is managed by Florida Trend and Workforce Research Group and is endorsed by the HR Florida State Council. Workforce Research Group managed the registration, survey, and analysis and determined the final rankings.
